CONTRACT CLINICAL LABEL GENERATION SERVICE
ClinServ™
is a contract clinical label generation service
that provides you with ready to apply clinical
labels specifically designed and produced for
your clinical trial needs. The service enables
you to obtain blinded and open study labeling
with a broad range of variable data elements.
Our exclusive ClinPro/LBL™ computer systems
are used to create models of clinical protocols
for the generation of labeling, randomization
data and protocol documentation reports.
ClinServ™
is easy to use. Our contract labeling professionals
will discuss and review the study requirements
with you. Sample labels are provided to you for
label copy approval. Randomization data is provided
for your review and authorization. Once you indicate
your approvals, your labeling will be generated
within our modern GMP facility using validated
computer systems.
Labels
within each job are segregated and sequenced in
the manner that will best support your packaging
requirements. Each segregated run of labels is
uniquely identified and carefully packaged for
shipment. Every shipment includes a job summary
report that will assist you in tracking all received
labels.
Many pharmaceutical companies have audited our
facility. If your company would like to conduct
an audit for vendor qualification, we would be
pleased to schedule a visit.
We inventory a variety of label materials. Labels
are available in a wide range of sizes and panel
configurations. Blinded labels and treatment unblinder
reports are also available. Custom label materials
can be designed and supplied to address your special
requirements.
